A working life that lasts.
Everyday moments.
Trust. Humility. Doing things the right way. These are the values that shape the way we work together every day.
You see it in the conversations by the coffee machine. In the way people ask, listen and make room for one another. And when the pace picks up, it shows in the willingness to step in, share the workload and take responsibility for more than your own task.
These are the moments that define everyday working life, shaped by clear expectations, mutual trust and a shared sense of responsibility.
Early birds. Planners. And everyone in between.
When expectations are clear, there is room for different ways of working, and different ways of being.
Some people thrive on structure. Others prefer variety and movement. Some enjoy time to focus and reflect, while others find energy in working closely with the people around them.
With us, it is not about fitting into a particular mould. It is about contributing with what you do best and being part of the community in a way that feels right for you. Because when different strengths come together around a shared task, everyday working life becomes stronger for everyone.
When experience makes a difference.

I started in 2016 in a temporary position, helping to produce the Culina catalogue. That “temporary” role turned into a permanent position just a couple of months later, as a Marketing Assistant. From those early days of creating brochures in InDesign and registering customers, I have continuously been given new projects and responsibilities to challenge myself with. Having those opportunities has certainly played a part in making it 14.5 years. So far.

What you notice every day.
Well-being is not something that comes after the business at Bunzl Nordic. It is part of what makes our business successful. Because we know that people who thrive create stronger workplaces, for one another and for the customers who meet us every day.
That is why we make business decisions with both people and performance in mind. We believe long-term business strength is built on creating the right conditions for people to succeed, even when priorities need to be balanced and responsibility needs to be taken.
Et fælles pejlemærke.
A shared sense of direction.
We use Great Place to Work as an active tool for strengthening the well-being our business is built on. The employee survey gives our employees a direct voice, allowing us to work together to turn insights into everyday improvements to the benefit of everyone.
The Great Place to Work certification is one of several reference points in our efforts to understand how employees experience their workplace. We therefore see it as a broader indicator of trust, culture, leadership and the conditions that help people succeed.
All of our Nordic companies are Great Place to Work certified. We see that as a shared ambition — not because the work is done, but because, as a group, we have chosen to hold ourselves accountable for the things that help both people and business succeed.
Room for ambition, and life beyond work.
Ambition looks different at different stages of life.
Some people want to build. Others want to deepen their expertise. Some take on more responsibility over time. Our role is not to push everyone in the same direction, but to create the conditions for work and life beyond it to evolve side by side. That is how we think about culture. And how we build careers that stand the test of time.
