Consideration in everything we do.
Distribution has an impact.
Transport, logistics and the flow of products are part of our everyday business. And with that comes the use of resources and emissions that we cannot ignore.
Products has to be packed. Deliveries need to arrive. Operations need to run smoothly every day. That is exactly why our work on reducing our climate impact starts with something simple: taking responsibility for the business we run.
As an employee, you become part of a business that takes responsibility where it matters most — in the way we operate, the way we plan and the choices we make every day.
From operations to every kilowatt.
Solar energy is now an established part of Denmark’s energy mix, and at larger sites, like several across our companies, generating electricity on-site can play an important role in day-to-day operations.
At one of our largest Danish locations, solar energy has therefore become part of the way we operate. The initiative was introduced to reduce the site’s overall emissions by generating electricity where it is used, while also helping us understand what local energy production means in practice.
The initiative is locally rooted, and that is precisely the point. Experience gained close to where solutions are used provides the clearest basis for assessing both impact and potential. That is why we see solar energy as a focus area for the future.
A product range with purpose.
The products we offer our customers matter far beyond the point of purchase. Every product we supply becomes part of our customers’ everyday operations, and the choices they make in running their own businesses.
That is why our Nordic companies work actively with the product ranges we offer, with material choices as a key starting point. This includes cardboard, recycled plastics and products designed for direct recycling or a longer lifespan.
The approach varies from company to company. What they share is a commitment to take responsibility for what we provide, through the materials we choose and the standards we apply to both our product range and our partnerships. A responsibility you contribute to.
Health weeks with a real impact.
Some days begin with a ginger shot next to your workstation. Others start with a few quick stretches by your desk before the day gets underway. And sometimes, it’s a conversation between meetings about sleep, recovery and the things that help you feel your best.
That is where our Health Weeks begin. In everyday moments, small breaks and shared experiences that bring attention to the strains, well-being and opportunities that shape working life over time.
Because when you're part of our workplace community, it's important to us to create an environment that fosters the need to take care of yourself, and where working life can fit naturally alongside everything else it needs to fit around.
That is one of the reasons why our Danish companies host annual Health Weeks. They bring knowledge, dialogue and movement into everyday life in a way that makes health tangible, relevant and easy to take part in.
When community finds its feet.
Like nutrition and sleep, movement plays a role in your energy levels, your well-being and your ability to grow alongside others.
When movement becomes part of everyday life, it often creates a different kind of connection — and a sense of calm that extends beyond the activity itself. That is why several of our Danish companies take part in shared events each year, such as the Danish DHL Relay. Not just for the exercise itself, but for the conversations, encouragement and shared experiences that come with it.
Whether you run for the community, the exercise or simply for the experience, we hope it's something you'll want to be part of.
Safety before speed.
When the pace picks up, safety is where we choose to slow down. Deliberately. Not to slow the work itself, but to make sure the job is done right, and that everyone gets home safely. That’s what safety first means to us.
From day one, you'll be prepared for the environment you're stepping into. The training is built around the situations you actually face: how to move safely, stay visible and avoid distractions while working. Sometimes it's the simple things, using the right equipment, making eye contact before crossing a traffic route, or stopping when you need to check your phone.
The ambition is simple: a workplace where we can all arrive and leave safely, every day.
